Refund policy
- Cancellations are accepted prior to your order being fulfilled. Unfulfilled canceled orders have no cancellation fee.
- If you’re not satisfied with your product or you changed your mind, Sharky Shred Shop will accept, for return or exchange, 1items shipped directly from Sharky Shred Shop that are in new condition, unworn, or altered and free of damages by the customer. Items that are shipped directly from one of our Suppliers are subject to the Return and refund policy of the Supplier. Some exclusions apply (see exclusions below.)
- Returns and Exchanges are subject to a 15% Restocking fee. This fee is waived if you purchase return coverage.
- To initiate a refund or exchange, CLICK HERE and mail out your item via an insured, trackable delivery service within 30 days from the receipt of original order.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days from receipt of original order.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received a free or discounted shipping promotion, the shipping cost of the returned item(s) will be deducted from any refund provided upon acceptance of the returned item(s).

Sharky Shred Shop is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
Right of Withdrawal
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Please note that under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.
We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us.
This right applies to all items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions such as digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalized items, as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
